SENTENCE
We know that language is more than just words. For
example, car,
park, buy, ticket, plane, go etc. arc English
words. But if we do not
arrange them in a meaningful way they
will not give sentences. If we say.
buy-ticket-plane, it will not
be a sentence, but if we say. Buy me a
plane ticket, it will be

SUBJECT - VERB AGREEMENT
The
verb must agree with the subject. Singular subject
demands singular verb
and plural subject demands plural verb.
The following sentences arc given
to show how this agreement
works:
1. She and her friend* are at the
fair, (and connects the
subjects, makes them plural, and the plural verb

Transformation means to change the sentence

Adjectives describe nouns.

A,
AN, and THE
A or an is used with a singular countable noun, and
the is used
both for singular countable nouns und plural nouns. A goes
